Vicki Gledhill. Vicki will probably be the first person you contact when you call or come in to our office. She is our office manager and mans the front desk . But more importantly Vicki’s duties include the oversight of website maintenance, advertising, tracking customer contact and agent scheduling. She has over 22 years experience of customer service in the retail hardware & building materials industry with the last 17 years including overall store management. She also has spent last year acquiring hands on Accounts Payable experience.
